2026 Term 1 Programs

Burugar Clinic’s sports program delivers inclusive, structured training through individual and group sessions for athletes of all abilities, from beginners to high-performance youth.

Beginner programs focus on developing fundamental movement and sport-specific skills in a supportive environment. As athletes progress, training is tailored to enhance skill development, physical capacity, and confidence.

High-performance athletes receive specialised, evidence-based training designed to prepare them for higher levels of competition, with targeted development of strength, speed, agility, endurance, and advanced sport-specific techniques.

Burugar

The word “Burugar” is an Aboriginal word from the Bunjalung language meaning “Coast” as we reside on the Gold Coast, and we are honouring our Indigenous culture within our clinic.

Acknowledgement of country 

Burugar clinic acknowledges and pays our respects to the traditional owners of the land we meet on to train the Yugambeh people we pay our respects to Elders of the past support and celebrate the present and emerging.
